# Get target compliance counts

Proxy ShiftLeft/Qwiet compound OWASP counts. Resolves polyglot scan and compound from ShiftLeft scan metadata, then fetches Qwiet v4 owasp_counts. Response includes a derived summary sibling with per-year OWASP passed/failed/total. The uncategorized category is ignored when totaling.
